The ‘Business Start-up Package’ is designed specifically for start-up companies (1-5 staff) and aims to provide a ‘one stop-shop’ for all your I.T. needs. Taking the responsibility completely off of your hands, Computer Care will ensure everything is in-place for your company to start off in the 21st century. Thinking of I.T. requirements can be quite daunting, and not knowing costs (initial and ongoing), meeting deadlines of a move-in, or ‘commencement of trading’ date can be worrying at such a vital time for your business. Visible pricing, easy payment methods (21 days credit) and a total solution from internet connectivity , email and a website are amongst some of the items that will be implemented for you.

Website (Search Engine Optimisation)

Importantly for any new business in today’s world is web presence. We will organise your preferred domain name (if available) with a hosting package, and create an SEO (Search Engine Optimized) web site for you. Customers will be able to see that you are online and mean business from the off. Search Engine Optimsation is crucial for your website so that it is more easily found when key words are searched for in google and other similar search engines. This enables your website to work hard at creating new business and revenue.

Connectivity

We will ensure that broadband is ordered and installed onto your existing BT line. Different internet speeds are available, with the standard package offering speeds of up to 8Mb.

Email

Electronic mail has become one of the primary methods of communication between businesses. At Computer Care we recognise the importance of knowing your email is available 24/7 which is why we only supply Hosted Exchange from Microsoft. At a fraction of the cost of a server, you can benefit from the Microsoft Exchange environment which gives not only reliability but also collaboration features such as sharing calendars, contacts, tasks and mobile email should you wish.

Phones

Voice over Internet Protocol enables all members of staff to have their own handset to make and receive calls without the expense of a costly phone system and at reduced call rates. Optionally you can take advantage of the Virtual Phone System and benefit from the routing, holding and transferring of calls.

Networking and Backup

Importantly you will need to be able to store and share files with your work colleagues. Computer Care will configure a Pier-to-Pier network with your machines so that one another can access any required data files. Additionally we will ensure that this data is backed up offsite (online to the internet) so that it’s safe should files be accidentally deleted. This would ensure data is retrievable in the event of burglary or severe damage to the offices (fire etc).

Support

When starting up a business it is invaluable to be able to call on the skills of an experienced I.T. company who can assist you with any problems or advise you on the best ways of working. Inclusive in the package is an allowance of support to get you underway and should you need it more is available .
