As well as Asset Management, the Bronze RMM Package also includes Trend Micro Anti-virus software and each device is monitored daily so you’ll be alerted by our helpdesk support team if there are any potential ransomware or targeted attacks.

As well as all the features from the Bronze RMM package, Computer Care’s Silver RMM package includes a pro-active approach to fixing any issues for you and we’ll ensure your computers are kept up to date with the latest Windows Updates. In additional to the above, this package includes all Helpdesk support issues.
