HOW OUR CARE AGREEMENTS WORK
We will work with you to assess your IT needs and agree an appropriate monthly block of hours that you will have access to our support for a fixed price. This gives you the flexibility to call in support whenever you need it without having to pay for a permanent support package.
And here’s the best part. If you don’t use all your hours in a month, they roll over to the next month, so you can accumulate service hours for up to one year.
